A rehabilitation consultant for the past 23 years, Libby Coker works with disabled employees. Over the years, Coker has been working closely with federal workers. She runs and operates her own rehabilitation consulting firm since 1986. She said her practice has focused on "handling federal workers" with disabilities, aiding them back to good health. "I work with the seriously injured," Coker said.

Coker added that she trains students to work with disabled workers. "I run a full-day training practicum," she explained. After attending Louisiana Tech University for her undergraduate degree in Social Science (1974), she went on to earn a Masters in Adult Education (1977) from the University of Tennessee.
